Feasibility assessment
Our team will perform a feasibility assessment with a trusted third-party to confirm your homesite is suitable for building one of our plans. Things like trees, slopes, and required setbacks will all be evaluated. This assessment provides a thorough and unbiased report to help you make informed decisions for your homesite.
Design Studio Appointment
After the BUILD Analysis, you will be invited to a local TJH Design Studio. During this appointment, you’ll explore plans curated for your homesite’s size and configuration. You’ll also have the opportunity to browse and compare our design collections, view material samples to envision the look and feel of your new home, and consider personalization options.
